Selera A La Kampung Ramadan Buffet @ Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Themed Selera A La Kampung, the culinary team led by Executive Chef Edmund Ng have curated an extensive range of kampung delicacies showcasing the flavours of Malaysia to celebrate the Holy month of Ramadan. The much-anticipated Ramadan buffet will feature a variety of hot and cold appetizers, traditional delights, juicy poultry and a selection of mouth-watering desserts.

The highlights of the buffet will include dishes like Rendang tok Perak, Gulai ayam nangka muda Melaka, Asam pedas daging tetel, Kajang satay, Sup tulang and more. Also not to be missed, the seasonal favourites such as Lemang bakar, Ketupat, Gulai kawah and Bubur cha cha.

Moving on to the main dishes, diners should not miss out on the well-loved favourite Lamb ouzi.

This unique lamb dish is slow-cooked for hours yields perfectly tender and juicy meat and served with roasted nuts, raisins and tomato rice for the ultimate kampung experience.
