Fei Fan Hotpot @ Subang SS15 Courtyard

Hotpot or steamboat is one of my favourite food. The bubbling broth and a variety of hotpot ingredients, such a comforting indulgence,  what makes it even better is that we could feast to our heart's content! Just last week, I was at Fei Fan Hotpot for my dose of hotpot fare with some friends. Tucked in the corner of Subang SS15 Courtyard, Fei Fan Hotpot offer you a taste of Hong Kong style hotpot, from the delectable signature white pork bone broth to addictive Sichuan mala soup, fresh tender sliced pork and beef, mouth-watering homemade speciality meatball, shrimp dumplings and made-fresh-daily springy udon noodles, just to name a few.

Cosy and inviting atmosphere with wooden elements.

Another corner of the restaurant with plenty of natural light stream in.

The lovely al fresco dining area with bountiful plants.

For the price of RM35.90++ (Lunch 11am to 5pm) and RM45.90 (Dinner 5pm to 11pm), half price for children (90cm to 130cm), you can stuff your face with endless servings of meat and homemade speciality meatballs. The prices are applicable for weekday, weekend and public holiday, limited to 120 minutes of dining session.

In a nick of time, our table was filled with everything on the menu. My personal favourites are the homemade pork ball, shrimp dumpling, tau foo pok with pork meat, chicken with rice wine and not to mention, the succulent pork collar and beef slices.

As for the broth, Fei Fan features 4 types of broth which include the flavourful Signature Pork Bone Soup, sweet and tangy Tomato Soup, appetising Pepper Pig's Stomach Soup and fiery Spicy Mala Soup. You could choose up to 2 types of soup base at no extra charges.

Apart from menu offerings, you can help yourself with a wide variety of fresh vegetables, assorted mushrooms, beancurd, corn, crabstick and many more.

There is also a variety of condiments and dipping sauce to complement your meal.

The signature sauce made of dry shrimp chili, fermented bean curd, fried scallion, coriander and spring onion will dazzle your taste buds or you can create your own favourite dipping sauce.

At the end of your meal, don't forget to add in the made-fresh-daily springy udon to soak up the sweet and flavouful soup.

You can wash down your meal with infused water or orange juice and not to be missed, soft serve ice cream, the perfect ending to a delightful meal. Overall, it was a heart-warming dining experience at an affordable price. Love the attentive service and comfortable ambiance.
