Fully Seafood Restaurant @ Kuchai Lama

Good food, good times, it's always great to catch up with friends over food and there's nothing like no frills homey Chinese food. We recently checked out this relatively new restaurant called Fully Seafood Restaurant at Kuchai Lama. The fully air-conditioned restaurant offers a cosy and comfortable dining atmosphere, it is the perfect spot for family and friends gatherings. On our visit, we tried some of their signature dishes and everything was just fantastic.

Succulent squid in a spicy and tangy flavour sauce, it was the perfect appetizer to tantalize the taste buds.

The lip-smacking pork ribs were juicy and tender, absolutely flavourful. Portions were very generous too!

Perfectly cooked, the sweet and succulent stir-fried prawn coated with crispy oatmeal was definitely the highlight of our meal. So yummy!

Hearty and comforting, this homemade silky, smooth tofu generously topped with minced pork was absolutely divine.

Another noteworthy dish is the red snapper. Perfectly steamed, the sweet and succulent fish was drenched in a bed of luscious, aromatic Nyonya sauce. Mildly spicy and tangy, the sauce truly elevates the flavors of the fish.

Next, we feast on this tasty Fuzhou red wine village chicken! Juicy and tender, the chicken was flavourful and generously laced with red wine, ginger and wood ear mushrooms.

Rich and creamy, the delicious mixed vegetables curry was loaded with brinjal, long beans, cabbage, lady fingers and tau pok, goes very well with white rice.

Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner here, all the dishes were amazing. I particularly like their pork ribs, crispy oatmeal prawns and the Nyonya steamed red snapper. Restaurant Fully Seafood is located along Jalan Kuchai Maju, about 2 minutes walking distance from NSK, Kuchai Lama.
