Double-boiled Chicken Soup, Fish Maw and Baby Abalone
This luscious soup filled with premium ingredients such as fish maw, baby abalone and scallop packs a punch of flavour, each mouthful was rich and hearty.

Tao's Roasted Duck (Hong Kong Style)
Juicy and succulent, the roasted duck with crispy skin was so good on its own. It was aromatic and tasty!

Steamed White Sultan Fish with Superior Soy Sauce
Perfectly steamed, the sweet and succulent fish was absolutely delish.

Tok Alang Style Wok-fried Prawn
Deep fried until crispy golden brown, the prawns were coated in a rich, sweet savoury sauce and filled with a lovely hint of wok hei. However, it was a tad overcooked, personally, I prefer my prawns to be juicy and plump.
