Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral is Putting the Hot in the Pot!

 
2021 is off to a hot start at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral!
The hotel is now offering a brand-new 'Private Hot Pot' dining experience which will be available from 7 January 2021 onward. The new menu helmed by Chef Emmanuel Chang showcases three flavourful and toothsome set menus along with an array of a la carte selection to satisfy your crave for hot pot, served in Aloft's private dining rooms. 
Sink your teeth into Japanese scallops, Australian Wagyu beef brisket and shabu-shabu, Australian Angus shabu-shabu, Sabahan lobsters, tiger prawns, Marble Goby, giant Sui Kow, sliced lamb, Norwegian salmon, clam sapak, an assortment of homemade fish balls, pastes and more. Their homemade balls especially the prawn balls tastes insanely good!







Each set comes with two choices of soup base and a plethora of premium meat, seafood and vegetables. To further elevate your hot pot experience, Chef Emmanuel has crafted 5 different soup bases, take your pick from Aloft's signature Sarawak Laksa broth, the addictive Assam Pedas broth, the healthy Tomato broth, the fiery Tom Yum broth or the soothing Chinese cabbage with Winter Melon broth. 

Also not forgetting, the ultimate pick-me-up to cool off after the hot pot. The homemade desserts includes Chilled Oolong Tea with Aloe Vera, Chilled Longan with Sea Coconut and Gingko and a refreshing Fruit Platter, all available on the a la carte menu. 

The hot pot set is available for a party of 4 people minimum(lunch and dinner). Each set is inclusive of Chinese Tea and additional diners will be subject accordingly to an extra charge per person.

Dine-in with peace of mind as the hotel is committed to provide a relaxing and seamless dining experience. All the private dining rooms are new norm friendly, follows the precautionary measures in accordance with Marriott's Commitment to Clean and the SOP from the Malaysian Ministry of Health. With different room sizes available, a maximum of 15 people (5 persons per table) can enjoy hot pot at one go, depending on the availability. 

Aloft's 'Hot in the Pot' will be available on Thursday 7 January, from Thursday to Saturday for lunch(12pm-3pm) and dinner(6pm-9pm). As seating is limited, reservations must be made 48 hours in advance to guarantee the availability and freshness of the items.
