Bazaria Buffet Dinner @ The Boulevard Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The Boulevard St. Giles Hotel will be offering their annual Iftar with the theme of 'Bazaria Buffet Dinner - Experience Alfresco Dining by the poolside'. Exactly what the name suggests, diners could immerse themselves in an open air Iftar under the sky by the poolside with BBQ setup, over 10 hawker stalls and not to mention, an array of delectable traditional Malay dishes.

Start off your dinner with an assortment of Traditional Ulam, Kerabu and Rojak such as Rojak Buah, Rojak Pasembur, Sotong Kangkung, Rojak Petis and Gado-Gado to tease your taste buds. Savour generous servings of Nasi Briyani or Nasi Goreng Petai coupled with Ayam Rendang Pucuk Ubi (Tapioca Leaf Rendang Chicken), Ekor Asam Pedas (Spicy & Sour Oxtail), Sambal Petai Prawn, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, Terung Berlada (Peppered Eggplant) and Paru Berlada.

Stroll along the grilled section and help yourselves to some Ayam Percik (Coconut Spiced Chicken), Roast Lamb, Honey-Coated Chicken Wings ala Sarawak and a varieties of grilled fish. Next, proceed to the Char Koay Teow stall to get your Char Koay Teow fix. The dish itself is slightly sweet with a hint of spiciness and comes with a generous amount of condiments. Satisfy your craving for traditional food at the Goreng-Gorengan stall by Cik Ton that serves Pisang Goreng, Cempedak Goreng, Sukun, Keledek Goreng and Cucur Udang.

To cool things down after all the excitiment, end your meal on a sweet note with Malaysia's most classic cold desserts, Durian Cendol & Ice Kacang. Or help yourselves to an array of local puddings, kuih-muih, tapai ubi and tapai pulut, just to name a few. Among other things, the famous Aneka bubur stall also serves bubur ashura, bubur lambuk, bubur pulut hitam and many more.

The Bazaria Buffet Dinner is available at Wild Rice Restaurant, Level 9 of The Boulevard Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Headed by Chef Sheng, one of Malaysia's most decorated chefs with over a decade of culinary experience in both traditional and high-end cuisines. With multiple awards under his apron, diners can expect an unforgettable gastronomic experience unlike any other with an ambience that is unmistakably Malaysian.

The Bazaria Buffet Dinner is priced at RM98+ per adult and RM48+ per children (6-12 years old).
