'Hidangan Idaman Sekeluarga' Ramadan Buffet 2020 @ Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

With more than 200 dishes, the scrumptious Ramadan buffet spread at Berjaya Times Square Hotel, Kuala Lumpur set to tantalise your taste buds! Themed 'Hidangan Idaman Sekeluarga', the Ramadan feast at Big Apple Restaurant and the Nasi Briyani Gam Batu Pahat (chicken/lamb) available at the Ground Floor Lobby will run through the entire month of Ramadan from 27 April 2020 to 22 May 2020.

Let us welcome the blessed month of Ramadan with an array of scrumptious traditional Malay dishes curated by highly illustrious Malay Cuisine Chef, Chef Yusoff and his team. Sink your teeth into mouth-watering signature dishes from each of the distinctive states of Malaysia such as Kari Kepala Ikan from Kedah, Aneka Jenis Sup from Wilayah Persekutuan, Ketam Masak Lemak from Negeri Sembilan, Uncle Bakri Fried Chicken from Perak, Daging Masak Hitam from Penang, Ikan Merah Asam Pedas from Johor, Ayam Percik from Kelantan and the Kharouf Ouzi, Whole Lamb Lebanese Style, guaranteed to impart a majestic splendour of gastronomic elation to diners.

Kedah Special Kari Kepala Ikan
Fresh and succulent fish head served in thick and aromatic curry gravy.

Shell in Pantai Remis
A variety of seafood cooked in kam heong style.

Wow Soup Stall
Hearty stew of oxtail,beef, tulang rawan, perut served with an assortments of condiments.

Halaman Ulam Ulam
Assorted ulam ulam Melayu with sambal belacan, budu, cincaluk, sambal tempoyak, cili padi kicap, sambal ijo, air asam, sambal mangga, sambal penyet and sambal tauruk.

Aneka Kerabu Serta Ikan Masin
Kerabu nangka, kerabu kacang botol, kerabu daging, kerabu daging limau kasturi, kerabu mangga, kerabu daun selom, kerabu pucuk paku, kerabu kaki ayam, ikan masin sepat, ikan masin bulu ayam, telur masin, kerabu udang kerisik, pedal hati ayam masak cili, tempeh, acar buah, acar rampai and jelatah.

Seafood on Ice
Green mussle, tiger prawn, crabstick with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce, shallot vinaigrette and lime cilantro vinaigrette.

Some of the mesmerizing highlights from the Malay main dishes include daging masak hitam and kambing masak merah, lemang served with rendang ayam/daging, satay, murtabak, seafood with kam heong sauce, otak-otak, ulam ulam, ketam masak lemak, bubur lambuk udang, nasi tomato, ikan merah asam pedas and many more.

Also not forgetting, the International favourites which includes iconic dishes such as the Thai green curry fish, wok-fried Tiger prawn with shrimp paste, seafood on ice, chicken masala, salmon fillet, Arabic lamb roll, pasta, waffle & crepe roll with durian paste, lamb salad and more.

End your meal on a sweet note with an array of deliciously crafted desserts which includes exotic tarts, pudding caramel, red velvet cakes, selected dates, serawa durian, chocolate fountain with fruit skewer & assorted marshmallow, panna cotta and assorted Malay kuih, just to name a few.
