Nook's creative culinary elves, led by Executive Chef Arfizan have prepared holiday favourites like Roast Turkey rubbed in Maple Sage stuffed with chestnuts and chorizo, Pate en croute, jasmine-infused Whole Smoked Salmon, Sous Vide Lamb with cauliflower and couscous flavoured with mint, a ceviche station, festive cake-pops, special 2020 edition log cakes plus a selection of sumptuous dessert.
Don't forget to end your meal on a sweet note with pastry chef Zahrin's personal interpretation of the traditional log cake with a Malaysian twist, a fluffy 'Onde-Onde' log cake where sinfully delicious Gula Melaka (palm sugar) is surrounded by an airy coconut cake and topped with delicate coconut snowflakes. Inpired by the rich blend of cultures, ingredients and flavours that make Malaysia a cultural melting pot, chef Zahrin has transformed the humble kueh into a winter's most expected dessert.
For something a little richer, try the striking 'Lady in Red', a raspberry mousse log cake with accent of pistachio and more. If you're an avid chocolate lover, the 'Sweet Darkness 61', a dark chocolate dream made from 61% dark chocolate and decorated with chocolate stars won't disappoint. All Christmas log cakes retail at RM118nett per cake, an advance booking(48-hours) is required to ensure availability.
Nook's Festive Buffets are available on 24 December(dinner), December 25(brunch) and January 31(dinner) at RM148nett per person. A special New Year Day Brunch is priced at RM118nett per person. Children below 6 can dine free whilst children below 12 will be 50% off. Christmas and New Year dinner buffet will be available from 6pm to 10.30pm, Christmas Day and New Year Day brunch will be available from 12pm to 3pm.
