Last week, I was at the Mediterranean restaurant media appreciation night with fellow media and bloggers. We began our evening sipping a selection of MadFish wines. The young and stylish brand offer wines that are pure, fresh and clean, just like the West Australian coast. I'm usually not much of a white wine fan, but my personal favourite of the night is this MadFish Muvignon Blanc Semillon. It was so crisp, lively and easy to drink, just heavenly.
