Moist and tender, the pork ribs sit atop a bed of crispy fried tempura long beans was wonderfully braised with a melt in your mouth texture. The ribs were fantastic, simply one of the best ribs we have ever had. Highly recommended!
Perfectly smoked, the free-range chicken was succulent and juicy with a subtle smoky flavour. The texture and flavour definitely stand out compared to conventional chicken.
The fresh out of the tank fish was steamed to perfection with premium soy sauce and topped with cilantro leaves. Subtly sweet, the fish texture was delicate and tender, it was simply divine.
Fried to perfection, the succulent and juicy prawns were generously coated with tangy and creamy homemade lemon mayo sauce.
Frankly, I am not a huge fan of lamb belly, but I can't resist these meltingly soft and tender lamb belly bathed in a luscious sauce, literally the best comfort food ever.
The silky smooth beancurd braised with shrimp, mushroom, beans, carrot and dried shrimp roe 'har zhi' was amazingly flavourful and tasty too.
