Happy Holidays Await at Desaru Coast

During this holiday season and as 2021 approaches, Desaru Coast – arguably Malaysia’s trendiest destination for families – is gearing up for a festive season to remember, as holidaymakers curate their vacation plans, following the easing of travel restrictions.

For those looking for some exhilarating holiday action and splashing fun, make your way to the Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast, where one of the region’s largest wave pool has reopened with an irresistible promotion for all. At the same time why not take advantage of the 3D/2N getaway at Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas for some luxurious pampering, valid for travel until June 2021?

So, without fear or favour, here’s a list of reasons why you should gather the family and head on over to Desaru Coast which has something for just about every member of the family, and all the makings of a holiday quite unlike any other.

NON-STOP FUN

  1. Ride the waves at Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast

Gear up for a splashing time this year-end as Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast has reopened its doors with a special Buy-1-Free-1 deal (with minimum 1 ticket purchase at full price) for all (including non-MyKad holder). The offer is valid from 21 December 2020 until 11 February 2021.

Home to one of the largest wave pool in Southeast Asia, the 21-acre Adventure Waterpark is one of the world’s biggest waterpark. Set against the backdrop of a Malaysian fishing village, visitors can immerse themselves in a sea of exciting water rides this holiday season including Kraken’s Revenge – the region’s first water coaster, the Tidal Wave Pool which boasts an artificial wave height reaching up to 4 meters and over 20 one-of-a-kind wet and dry rides.

To make visitors’ experience a safe and enjoyable one, the Adventure Waterpark has taken every precaution and implemented Standard Operating Procedures to ensure a secure and socially distanced experience. Stringent emergency protocols will also be put into effect, while park ambassadors will be situated around the park to assist guests.

The maximum daily capacity of the park is reduced to 2,500 people, down from the usual 5,000, to facilitate the enforcement of social distancing. In light of this, visitors are highly encouraged to make early bookings to avoid disappointment.

Guests can also join in the Christmas and year-end activities organised from 25 – 27 December 2020 at the Tidal Wave Beach, Surf Wall, Kids Ahoy and Penawar Market. Loads of fun are in store with the Wira Warrior Challenge, Giant Bubble Fun, Family Aqua Zumba, DJ Music Fun Game, Beads Contest, Fun Carnival Games, Giant Family Games and Kepten Kassim Treasure Hunt.
