Championing Malaysian cuisine, Nook’s sassy culinary team cook up a feast featuring an enticing spread of mouth-watering cuisines from Kelantan to Johor. The Jom Buka @Nook menu has been carefully crafted by the Executive Chef Arfizan and Nook’s Chef de Cuisine – Chef Rais along with their talented team.

Sink your teeth into the crowd-pleasing Kambing Bakar – melt-in-your-mouth lamb that’s been roasted in a variety of local spices and served with homemade Sambal Bumbu or the tender and juicy Sous-Vide Beef Brisket Rendang with mint gravy and tangy air assam kerisek that are sure to satisfy your cravings.

 Accompanying your main meat are moreish dishes such as Roti Telur Johan, Bubur Lambuk Ayam, Tauhu Bergedil Ayam, Nasi Minyak and Pandan Sago Gula Melaka. Each set also comes with chilled juice and dates.
