Rooster Red 2017 @ Pullman KLCC

Gong xi, gong xi..... This rooster year calls for a new beginning and a toast towards a healthier yet prosperous year ahead! Celebrate and dine with a difference at Pullman KLCC whilst you revel in the festive meals with your family and friends. From 1 January to 11 February, switch up your nibbles with Yee Sang at Pullman KLCC's Cantonese restaurant, Tai Zi Heen.

Fruits & Garden Green Yee Sang served with strawberry dressing. 
Toss to prosperity with the fruity yee sang which features a balanced combination of fruity-tangy dynamics with a unique and healthy twist. It is available in both half and whole portions for dine-in or takeaway from RM68 onwards.

Braised Crab Meat with Pumpkin Puree.
Hearty, rich and creamy soup with generous chunks of crab meat.

Steamed Dragon-Tiger Grouper with Shredded Mushroooms and Red Dates.
Wrapped in lotus leaf and steamed to perfection, the fish was aromatic and succulent.

Wok-Fried Tiger Prawns with Chef's Signature sauce. 
These big and juicy prawns pack a fiery punch. Ohh... so tasty!

Fried Organic Brown Rice with Dried Scallops & Egg White.
Love the fact that they are serving brown rice and use only egg whites. Healthy yet delish!

Pan-fried Three Layer Nian Gao (flavours of yam, pumpkin and coconut milk)
Impressively beautiful dessert mimics roast pork. Not only it looks gorgeous, the flavour combination was amazing too.

There are three selections of 9-course festive set menu available priced starting from RM1888 per table, with portions for 8 to 10 persons. Each set menu includes a choice of Yee Sang, followed by vegetables, soup, poultry, seafood and ends with the chef's special dessert.

Elegantly packed in a classic box, impress your guests and loved ones with the lovely Koi fish shaped, time-honoured Nian Gao. The exquisite Nian Gao comes in two different flavours, which comprise of coconut and red bean retails at RM88nett per box. (2 pcs)

Tai Zi Heen remains open during Chinese New Year's Eve and throughout the 15 days of the festival from 12pm to 2.30pm for lunch (Mondays-Fridays), 11.30am to 2.30pm for lunch (Saturdays and Sundays) and 6.30pm to 10.30pm for dinner (Mondays to Sundays). Private dining rooms are also available for groups of 12 to 30 persons.
