Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel Relaunch Gala Dinner


The iconic Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel known as 'The Grand Dame' of hotels in the Malaysian capital city has undergone an extensive transformation and relaunches with a bang recently. We had the pleasure to attend the glitz and glam 'Relaunch Gala Dinner' celebration held at the hotel's Nusantara Ballroom which was also graced by the presence of Director General Tourism Malaysia, Yg. Bhg Datuk Musa Yusof along with honorable guests, members of the media and social media influencers.


We were treated to gastronomic delights showcasing specially curated menus from each of the hotel's restaurant.

Steamed Pacific Black Cod with Supreme Soy Sauce & Spring Onion - Chinese Chef Ho Boon & Dim Sum Master Ken Liew (Celestial Court)


Slow Oven Roasted Black Angus Beef Tenderloin (medium), Zucchini and Eggplant Wrapped Lamb Roulade, Ricotta Potato Tortellini, Truffle Jus - Italian Chef Federico Bozzo (Villa Danieli)


Strawberry Trifle, Pistachio Praline, Vanilla Mascarpone Gelato in Valrhona Cup - Pastry Chef Irwan Bani Ismail (Pavillions Lounge)
