Pan Fried Omelette with Oyster, Thai Basil Leaves and Mayonnaise Dressing
Sweet, savoury and a bit tangy, the oyster topped with ebiko offer a myriad of textures and flavours. This makes such a great appetizer to tease the taste buds!
Amazingly superb, this is definitely the highlight of the meal. These tenderloin cubes cooked medium-well were oozing with flavour every single bite, so succulent and tender, they just melt in your mouth.
Just a subtle aroma of truffles, the assorted mushrooms was highly addictive perfectly paired with the crisp and crunchy asparagus. However, if you are a truffle lover, I reckon you may find the truffle taste a little too weak.
Packed with flavour, I love how firm and bouncy the fish cake texture is, especially with the addition of minced cabbage which truly elevates its flavour.
Another favourite dish, the fluffy wild rice has a little more structure generously laden with delicious bits of chicken and mushrooms, truly flavoursome. The firm and tasty braised abalone also adds a depth of flavour to the rice.
Simply irresistible, the delicious jelly was smooth and bursting with nutty richness.
