Pan Fried Omelette with Oyster, Thai Basil Leaves and Mayonnaise Dressing
Sweet, savoury and a bit tangy, the oyster topped with ebiko offer a myriad of textures and flavours. This makes such a great appetizer to tease the taste buds!

Braised Superior Soup with Scallop Dumpling and Saffron Flower

Rich and full-bodied, the delicious bright yellow soup tinted with saffron flower was served with scallop dumpling stuffed with shrimps and topped with caviar.

Pan Fried Cube Australian Tenderloin served with Chef's Signature Sauce
Amazingly superb, this is definitely the highlight of the meal. These tenderloin cubes cooked medium-well were oozing with flavour every single bite, so succulent and tender, they just melt in your mouth.

Stir Fried Australian Asparagus with Assorted Mushrooms and Truffle Jus
Just a subtle aroma of truffles, the assorted mushrooms was highly addictive perfectly paired with the crisp and crunchy asparagus. However, if you are a truffle lover, I reckon you may find the truffle taste a little too weak.

Crispy Fish Cake with Minced Baby Cabbage served with Sweet Bean Sauce
Packed with flavour, I love how firm and bouncy the fish cake texture is, especially with the addition of minced cabbage which truly elevates its flavour.

Braised 12-head Abalone with Wild Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf
Another favourite dish, the fluffy wild rice has a little more structure generously laden with delicious bits of chicken and mushrooms, truly flavoursome. The firm and tasty braised abalone also adds a depth of flavour to the rice.

Black Sesame and Peanut Jelly
Simply irresistible, the delicious jelly was smooth and bursting with nutty richness.

Not your typical Sek Ke Mah, this one is completely handmade and has the right touch of sweetness with a wonderful aroma.

The specially crafted promotion items are available for lunch from 12.00pm to 2.30pm and for dinner from 6.00pm to 10.30pm priced from RM48.00 nett per portion.
