A Journey Through Time IX - Asia's Premier Watch and JewelleryShowcase @ Starhill Gallery

Yeah..... It's back! The ninth edition of A Journey Through Time - Asia’s premier watch and jewellery showcase. Starhill Gallery, Malaysia’s ultimate destination for premium lifestyle, fashion, beauty, art and dining is proud to host this year event which will take place from 20th - 27th November 2015.

Watch and jewellery enthusiasts can look forward to the showcase of 125 international watch and jewellery brands to be previewed this year. There will be something for everyone from young beginners to seasoned collectors. A veteran with over 26 years of experience, Chef Richard has worked in two Michelin-star restaurants in London and his gastronomic delicacies will be made available at Feast Village from 20^th to 27^th November 2015.  I had the chance to preview some of the a la carte menu offerings and it was truly amazing. 

A Journey Through Time will come to a grand conclusion with Starhill Gallery’s Watch of the Year Awards. Determined by an esteemed judging panel, nominated watchmakers will have a chance to be crowned the best of 2015 under seven categories.

Jewellery Making with Elegant Jewellery Studio

Jewellery is an important accessory for women to enhance their beauty. You could turn a boring look into something spectacular with the right jewellery. It will be much more meaningful when you could wear your own jewellery creation. Yes, it's possible! I had the chance to join one of the jewellery workshops organized by Elegant Jewellery Studio held at Kinokuniya Books last month, thanks to a dear friend's recommendation.

In the 3 hour workshop, we learned to bead a necklace with the materials provided.

Upon selecting our preferred colour and design, we began our jewellery making under the guidance of Angi, the founder of Elegant Jewellery Studio (EJS). Ohh... I'm so excited to see my jewellery outcome.

The whole process is one word. Tedious! Just imagine beading for 3 hours straight.

I'm so in love with my necklace. All the hard work is really worth it. Isn't it beautiful?

Elegant Jewellery Studio (EJS) Showcase @ "Appreciation Night of The Leafz"

The property market in Malaysia has been promising despite the crazy high prices. Last month, I had the chance to visit The Leafz, one of the latest properties in Sungai Besi by Exsim Group of Companies. All the units were sold despite being launched not long ago. Caters to the younger generation, The Leafz facilities includes swimming pool, gym and a multipurpose hall all situated on the rooftop. So cool...
