Happier Hour Promotion @ HealthLand Wellness Center

Last month, I was invited for a pampering good time at  HealthLand Wellness Centre with a few of my blogger friends.

We first had our hand paraffin treatment at Amante. Our hands are applied cream before dipped into the warm paraffin wax. Then, our hands are wrapped in cling wrap for about 15 minutes. After the wax is removed, hands feels softer and moist. 

Before we begin our foot reflexology, our feet are washed first. 

Entering into the foot reflexology treatment hall feels like going into a mini cinema.

Foot reflexology helps to improve blood circulation and boost our organ functions. I love the moderate pressure applied on my reflex points by the therapist. It was relaxing and I truly enjoyed the session.

There's also a movie playing in the room with headphones provided for privacy. So if you are not into watching the movie, just close your eyes and enjoy the massage. Which is exactly what I did! :p

Next, we are ushered into the massage room for our Thainess Oil Massage session. The therapist applied body oil and begin light stroking followed by kneading and acupressure. The one hour massage then ends with a good pull and stretch which is relaxing and I felt energized too.

After our relaxing massage session, we have our tea break at One + Another cafe which is located in Healthland. 

The cafe serves cakes, pastries and beverages like coffee, tea and fruit juices.

It was a superb pampering session with the friendly and experienced staff.
