NEUTRAX FOR A HEALTHIER YOU

Have you heard of Neutrax? Honestly, it's my first time came across this brand and it turns out to be something to do with coconut. I began to take 2 tablespoon of Neutrax Original every morning on an empty stomach for a month. Although oil based, it's very light and easy to swallow. It has the strong fragrant of coconut.

My verdict?

Well honestly, after a month of daily consuming Neutrax Original I noticed of hardly breakout or headaches at that time of the month. You know women's hormon problem! More regular detox in the early morning. I find this pretty pleasant as I used to go anytime of the day and it can be real inconvenience in public toilet. Haha...

Consuming oil for a month, I can't help worried of my body fat percentage. Boy... upon weighing check with Tanita scale I am glad my body fat percentage still remains same.

Ok, what about the bad? First 2 weeks is pretty simple to swallow till towards the end period I find myself have the urge to puke right after swallowing the oil. Drank lots of water quickly to overcome this problem. Tried mixing into my beverages, but I can't help to feel the oil remain a layer on the cup. Such a waste! So better just swallow it! Hahaha...

My verdict?

YES! I have on and off eczema problem. 😥 Recently triggered it out because of all the Chinese New Year's foods indulgence. Can't help myself, once a year occasion alright! So by applying it every morning and evening for a week, my eczema recover quickier than the usual cream I used. Mind you, my usual cream is non steroid based so of course it take much longer period. But now Neutrax Therapy Oil is all I need without worries of any side effect.

Apply it to my hair ends too, is good to prevent split ends. Tried substitute it to my usual moisturiser and I love the hydrating effect. Though oil based it does not feel oily at all, in fact it's easily absorbed into the skin.

Chinese New Year is all about feasting, beside visiting or gathering with relatives and friends of course. 😝 This gotta be my most 'atas' Chinese New Year meal for the year. The Han Room, Chinese New Year 8 course set menu priced from RM999++ up to a whopping RM3988++. We settled for the mid range set priced RM1988++. 

White Bait Fish & White Truffle Vegetables Yee Sang

I find the Yee sang average and the white bait fish nothing to shout about.

Braised Bird's Nest Soup with Seafood in Coconut 

Individual served, the clear soup is piping hot with intense seafood flavour.

Braised Whole Abalone with Japanese Mushroom & Chicken Wing Stuffed Liver Sausage 

With faint taste of the sea and chewy texture, the abalone is braised just right. Mushroom is thick and spongy, but I don't enjoy the chicken wing.

Braised Boston Lobster with Shanghai Rice Cake & Kimchi 

For the price we paid, I'm expecting we get half portion of lobster for each person. Yet...... And the presentation is definitely a let down, notice the messy plate? Taste wise, kimchi does not complement the lobster well.

BBQ Baby Duck with Smoked Duck Breast 

The duck's meat is so tender with crispy skin. 

Two Variety Rice with Scallop & Crab Meat in Superior Crab Soup 

Taste kinda like porridge but with intense crab flavourful soup.

Chilled Mango with Sago Cream 

Deep Fried Sesame Ball with Azuki Red Bean & Golden Custard Pumpkin 

Chilled mango with sago cream definitely not chilled enough! Thick and creamy mango cream with bits of pomelo. 

Golden custard pumpkin with salted egg yolk filling is just as good.

Gong Xi Fa Cai! Yah... Chinese New Year is over yet the celebration still ongoing as 15days is just not enough! Hehehe.... For the 3rd year, Mydin Mall USJ collaborate with SJ Echo a local community paper of Subang Jaya to organize "2015 Chinese New Year Carnival" The celebration begin at 5pm to late 11pm, attended by 5000 guests mostly shoppers of Mydin USJ and the local community. 2015 Year of Goat, is the 8th of Goat in Lunar calendar believe to bring more fortune compared to last year. As Chinese believe the number 8 symbolic of auspicious.

SCORE CUPID DASH RUN 2015

This year Valentine's Day is truly special as I spend my early morning at The Score Cupid Dash Run 2015. This is a 3.5km fun run open to all Malaysians aged 16 and above held at the Kepong Metropolitan Park on 14 February 2015, 7.00am. 

The Score Cupid Dash aims to encourages more Malaysians to take up running, as it will give participants surprises along the 3.5km route and allow them to have fun along the way.  All runner came with their loved ones such as best friends, running buddies, spouses, partners, parents or children ready for the fun run.

I'm glad for given the chance to tried out Brazillian IPL and waxing. 

My verdict :

IPL - First, ice pack are placed near V area to numb it so that every light exposure does not burn the skin. Frankly, it is not very comfortable with the cold ice pack on such sensitive area. Right after treatment, cooling gel is applied. 

Wax - Small section are waxed bit by bit. The pain still bearable especially while treatment the friendly lady busy chit chat with me through the whole process. 

Will I ever return for follow up treatment? 

YES, as its feel great to be hairfree and clean down under. Do note, some parlour did not numb before IPL treatment just imagine the pain of it so be sure to check it out first!

So what does liberation means to you? Being respected as a woman at work NOT feminist BUT feminine! Being confident and independent, gender shouldn't be a boundary!
