I began to take 2 tablespoon of Neutrax Original every morning on an empty stomach for a month. Although oil based, it's very light and easy to swallow. It has the strong fragrant of coconut.

Consuming oil for a month, I can't help worried of my body fat percentage. Boy... upon weighing check with Tanita scale I am glad my body fat percentage still remains same.
Ok, what about the bad? First 2 weeks is pretty simple to swallow till towards the end period I find myself have the urge to puke right after swallowing the oil. Drank lots of water quickly to overcome this problem. Tried mixing into my beverages, but I can't help to feel the oil remain a layer on the cup. Such a waste! So better just swallow it! Hahaha...

My verdict?
YES! I have on and off eczema problem. 😥 Recently triggered it out because of all the Chinese New Year's foods indulgence. Can't help myself, once a year occasion alright! So by applying it every morning and evening for a week, my eczema recover quickier than the usual cream I used. Mind you, my usual cream is non steroid based so of course it take much longer period. But now Neutrax Therapy Oil is all I need without worries of any side effect.
Apply it to my hair ends too, is good to prevent split ends. Tried substitute it to my usual moisturiser and I love the hydrating effect. Though oil based it does not feel oily at all, in fact it's easily absorbed into the skin.
