Prosperity Salmon 'Yee Sang' 
Instead of raw salmon, Chef Yip uses smoked salmon hence giving the Yee Sang' an interesting twist of flavour

Roasted Crispy Farm Chicken 
Roasted to perfection, the chicken was succulent, tender and juicy with crisp skin. 

Steamed Dragon Tiger Garoupa with Black Fungus and Beancurd Stick
The delicate and sweet flavour of the fish was further enhanced with the superior stock, simply amazing.

Braised Sea Cucumber with Black Mushroom, Dried Oyster & Broccoli 
One of the must have auspicious dishes, the luxurious sea cucumber was extremely flavourful and tasty. 

Braised Egg Noodles with Fresh Water Prawn & Olive
