Flavours of the Middle East @ Double Tree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur

For the month of May and June, Double Tree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur brings guests a diverse spread of specialty dishes hailing from the food cultures of Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Morocco and Egypt. Featuring two of Conrad Cairo's most celebrated Middle Eastern chefs, Chef Mohamed Raouf Fattouh and Chef Mohamed Elsaid Aly, Makan Kitchen offers the best and authentic Middle Eastern cuisines plus the master skills of using profound spices for diners to savour this Ramadan.

From 27 May until 24 June, feast on a sumptuous spread of Middle Eastern cuisine for the Arabian Nights Buka Puasa Feast led by Chef Mohamed Elsaid Aly with his specialty dishes such as Hummus with Tahena, Tabbouleh, Baba Ghanoush, Fattoush Salad, Nasi Arab and Shawarma. Not forgetting, Malaysian favourite dishes like Kambing Panggang, Sup Kawah Aneka, Laksa Sarawak and Satay Aneka, from the chefs of Makan Kitchen.
