This Ramadan, Impiana KLCC Hotel brings you a
flavours across borders with dinner buffet themed “Selera Serantau”. The buffet will be available from 27 May to 24 June 2017 offers an array of classic Malay dishes specially prepared by Executive Chef, Chef Mazlee Abdul Rahman.

On the buffet, Chef Mazlee uses only the freshest ingredients that further enhance the rich
flavours Malaysians treasure through generations. The dishes are cooked using traditional recipes that are designed to take you back to the Malaysian locale’s childhood days. Tempting one’s palate on the buffet spread will be over 100 dishes revel in feasting with the signature dish Sup Gear Box alongside exquisite selections such as Roti Pak John, Kari Kepala Ikan Pedas, Roasted Lamb, Gulai Daging Keting Rebung, Cheesy Pisang Goreng and many more delicious offerings.

Impiana KLCC Hotel’s “Selera Serantau” buffet will be available daily from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, priced at RM148nett per person for adults and RM74nett per person for children between four and 12 years old.
