The holiday spread this season will include a range of meat selections on the carving station from Roasted Lamb Leg with Yorkshire Pudding, Sauteed Brussel Sprouts and Black Pepper sauce, Garlic and Herbs Crusted Roast Beef Sirloin with Mushroom sauce and Oven-Roasted Baste Turkey with Roasted Pumpkin, Sauteed Beans, Cranberry and Giblet sauce, Pan-fried Fish with Capers Cream sauce, Osso Bucco, Black Mussel Aglio Olio. Diners can also sink their forks into the selection of hot Western casserole dishes including Chicken Shepherd’s Pie, Beef Stroganoff, Seafood Lasagne, Lamb and Mushroom Ragout, Boxing Chicken in Teriyaki Sauce, and a variety of pasta and pizzas for a sumptuous dining.
For Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Lunch, Chef Ahmed Zaki, Nook's Sous Chef will be whipping up the Oven-Roasted Orange Brine Turkey with an assortment of condiments including Roasted Vegetable and Apple Chestnut Stuffing, Giblet Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, Natural Jus, Hollandaise Sauce, House-Pickled Onions, English Mustard and Horseradish Sauce.
Staying true to its regular offerings, Nook will also offer Asian flavours to the spread this December. The menu will include Rendang Ayam, Sambal Udang Petai, Braised Lamb Shank with Sze Chuan Sauce, Singapore Chilli Crab, Briyani Rice, Eggplant Masala, Sarawak Laksa, Steamed Red Snapper with Lime and Ginger and more.
Nook’s ‘A Lofty Christmas’ dinner buffet spread is available from 1 – 30 December 2018 from
6.30pm to 10.30pm and is priced at RM118nett per adult while Christmas Eve’s buffet Dinner is
priced at RM128 nett per adult and Christmas Day’s lunch spread will be priced at RM98 nett per
