U.S. Potatoes are the most versatile vegetables, it can be used in most recipe, from baked to steamed to boiled or even fried and grilled. One medium size U.S. Potato contains only 110 calories, it is fat, sodium and cholesterol-free. U.S.Potatoes are more energy-packed than any other vegetable and contains more potassium than a banana. It also provides an excellent source of Vitamin B6 and protein to help boost the immune system as well as aids in muscle growth and strengthen bones. Here are some of my pantry staples for an easy, healthy and delicious meal. One of the most versatile vegetables, U.S. potatoes are loaded with fiber, potassium and Vitamin C that can help fuel and enhance sport performances and active lifestyles.
