Porco Macau Pork Chop Bun @ Lot 10 Hutong

Rejoice! Now we can enjoy the famous Macau Pork Chop Bun in town. Introducing Porco Macau Pork Chop Bun, the latest addition to Lot 10 Hutong, the Platinum Award Winner of KL Mayor's Tourism Awards.

Macau Pork Chop Bun RM13.90
The iconic Macanese heritage food is served in its original and authentic style. Thick juicy pork chops are pounded with a mallet and then marinated with rice wine, brandy, spices and other secret ingredients for almost a day. The meats are then deep-fried, leaving a beautifully caramelized colour and tender texture. 

The no frills pork chop bun with crispy bread, succulent pork chops marinated in the traditional method was lip-smackingly good.

If you are a noodle lover, we can assure you will fall in love with this. The noodles prepared using duck eggs was simply delectable. Chewy and springy noodles topped with a generous portion of juicy pork chop, definitely a must try.

You could also opt for rice, which is served with curry sauce and topped with a sunny side up.
