We were honoured to be invited to a special preview of the Chinese New Year menu of Kim Ma Restaurant at Palace of the Golden Horses. Toss your way to good fortune with yee sang and delectable 'Fortune' set menus available throughout the month of January and February 2018. There are three types of set menu priced starts from RM1088nett for a table of 10 persons curated by the young and talented Chef Chris and his team. The signature dish lined up in the set menu is the Poached Free-range Chicken which is a must try! On top of that, look out for the prawn dishes and Geoduck with Spicy Scallop too.

Traditional Steamed River Cat Fish with Superior Soy SauceSuperb fresh, the cat fish looked and smelt delicious. Cooked to perfection, the fish was firm and juicy, with its natural sweetness retains.
Stir-fried Large Tiger Prawns with Special Mongolian SauceSweet and savoury, the prawns were succulent and juicy, absolutely addictive.
Mushroom Dumplings with Seasonal Green Vegetables in Pumpkin SauceThe little dumplings filled with assorted mushroom was bursting with flavours and textures, whilst the creamy and luscious pumpkin sauce truly elevate the dish flavour.
