Short but intense, each workout session is timed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest periods in-between. There are 27 different exercises to be performed according to the numbered workout stations, which ranges from chin-up, battle ropes, weighted squats, jumping lunges, pylo jumps, spiderman push-up and many more. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from over 3,000 different exercises, thus you will never do the same workout twice and get bored easily.
