Mighty Monster @ MyTOWN Shopping Centre

Rawr! Something big has invaded MyTown Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur and it's none other than Mighty Monster. This new cool kid on the block character cafe & bar offers an array of Melbourne inspired brunch with a twist, a fusion of Asian and Western pork-free dishes that are unique and munch-worthy. Mighty Monster celebrated its grand opening last month with more than 200 invited guests and media. The party hosted by the Mighty Monster family which includes the head of the family Adam Ooi, Founder of Mighty Monster and Tommy Swee, Co-founder of Mighty Monster, who are also joined by Basil Tan, The Monster in charge, Kelvin Leong, The AH-HA man, Joshua Wong, The Swiss Knife, Shaun Leong, The Geek, not forgetting Head Chef, Andrew Karmajana, The Chief Palate Officer and the rest of the Mighty Monster crew.

Feast on signature fusion brunch inspired dishes created by Head Chef Andrew Karmajana from Indonesia who has years of working experiences in Sydney, Australia and Indonesia. Mighty Monster's signature favourites include:

Monster Burger RM38
Signature beef brisket patty, creamy mac and cheese, sunny side up egg, iceberg lettuce, fresh tomatoes, pickled jalapenos with a secret sauce sandwiched between charcoal buns and a side of rustic potatoes.

Hulk Smash RM28
Smashed avocado, confit cherry tomatoes, poached eggs and cucumbers on multigrain turmeric toast topped with pumpkin seeds and a side of seasonal greens with balsamic glaze.

Sweet Escape RM28
A slice of housemade fruit bread with berry gel, mixed berries, mini pretzels, banana chips, avocado ice cream and coconut crumbles with peanut butter sauce.

A Japanese interpretation of the Brazilian national cocktail 'Caipirinha' in which sake and strawberries are used instead of Cachaca sugarcane liqueur and lime, creating an easy drinking cocktail perfect for anytime of the day.

Sweet and savoury rosemary syrup, the tartness of grapefruit juice paired with Bombay Sapphire a classic British gin create a smooth and refreshing drink.

Romeo & Juliet RM45
A simple and yet surprisingly refreshing cocktail with premium Polish vodka, Belvedere and rose water tapped with refreshing lemonade.
