In line with Première Hotel's bi-monthly food and beverage promotions, for the month of May and June, the team will be bringing you the exclusive taste of unique and authentic dishes prepared by Executive Chef Noor Hisham and his culinary team.
Taking the highlight is Ayam Bakar Pasu. The chicken is smoked in a flower pot with charcoal, then glazed with a layer of honey. Smoked to perfection, the tender Ayam Bakar Pasu is served with cheese coating complemented with rice, vegetables and special spicy sour sauce. The Ayam Bakar Pasu Set priced at RM28nett per set.
