Ducati Launches Five New 2016 Models in Malaysia

Calling for big bike lovers, especially Ducati's die hard fans!!! Next Bike Sdn. Bhd., the sole importer and distributor of Ducati motorcycles in Malaysia has officially launched five new 2016 models to the local market, namely Ducati Superbike 959 Panigale, Ducati Hypermotard 939, Ducati Monster 1200 R, Ducati Multistrada 1200 Enduro and Ducati XDiavel. Ducati also celebrated its 90th Anniversary at the recent launch event held at EX8, Subang Jaya. The worldwide celebration kicked-off with the symbolic Sala Rossa of the City Hall of Bologna, Italy, followed by the opening of the newly renovated Ducati Museum, a 'Globetrotter 90' motorcycle world tour on the Multistrada 1200 Enduro (one of the bikes being launched here today), a special-edition of the World Ducati Week (WDW) and a dedicated Ducati 90 line of accessories and apparels. 

The Scavenger Hunt Drive 2016 with Honda Malaysia

Recently, I was honoured to be invited to join 'The Scavenger Hunt Drive' in Melaka, organized by Honda Malaysia. We were gathered at Rail Canteen for breakfast and a short briefing before being flag off to Melaka. For this hunt drive, we had the opportunity to drive some of Honda Malaysia's popular model which includes B-segment sedan Honda City, B-segment hatch Honda Jazz and the compact SUV HR-V.

Go Further with Shell Fuelsave Diesel Euro 5

Shell FuelSave Diesel Euro 5 has been officially launched tonight by Shell Malaysia at Koperasi Pekerja-Pekerja Shell Malaysia, NKVE-Damansara Highway. Shell Fuelsave Diesel Euro 5 builds on Shell's previous initiatives such the Shell FuelSave Challenge and Shell FuelSave College Competition, which aim to build awareness for fuel-saving.  The new fuel also aims to provide customers with high quality, fuel-efficient diesel that is compatible with modern diesel engines that require low sulphur fuel.

Shell FuelSave Diesel Euro 5 is now available at selected site throughout Peninsular Malaysia, in accordance with Shell's plan to ensure that high quality diesel is available for its customers. Shell also aims to invest into its expansive network to quickly extend availability at more locations.

In its efforts to encourage drivers to be more fuel efficient on the road, Shell Malaysia is also partnering with premium automaker BMW Group Malaysia. The premium automaker have been driving for the introduction of Euro 5 specified fuel since 2009 when the a fleet of BMW Advanced Diesel vehicles are introduced as part of the BMW Efficient Dynamics program.

Shell FuelSave Diesel Euro 5 features Active Efficiency Ingredients, which is designed to improve engine efficiency from the very first tank, helping vehicles use less fuel quickly. It also has a special detergent designed to maintain engine condition by preventing the build-up of injector deposits.

The fuel has an ultra-low sulphur content of only 10 parts per million (ppm) of sulphur compared with 500 ppm of sulphur in Shell FuelSave Diesel Euro2M. When used with compatible Euro 5 engines, Shell FuelSave Diesel Euro 5 enables the advanced engine and emission control systems to perform optimally, just as they were designed to, while reducing emissions.

Shell FuelSave Diesel Euro 5 is now available in five stations, which are situated at the following locations :

• Koperasi Pekerja-Pekerja Shell Malaysia, NKVE-Damansara Highway, Selangor
• R&Z Aktiviti Enterprise, Tapah Rest Stop, Perak
• Mentari Ria Resources, Tanjung Malim Layby, Perak
• RA Talang, Bandar Ayer Keroh, Melaka
• Luruhmas Sdn Bhd, Pasir Gudang Highway 2, Johor
