However, a short 3 minutes pleasures of indulgence means we gotta hit the gym for a good 30 minutes to burn off all the calories! So how often do you indulge? As for me, it's only happen fortnightly though I have sweet toothed craving every now and then. How sad....
Well recently, I've been introduced to tcby frozen yogurt. Since then, it's been my food soul mate. Super Fro-Yo taste so good, minus all the extra calories and best of all comes with all the goodness such as fiber, probiotics, Vitamin D, calcium and protein.
A little introduction on tcby.(The Country's Best Yogurt) tcby's first store opened in 1981 in the state of Arkansas, USA serving delicious frozen yogurt. Since then, the number of tcby stores has grown to over 360 stores across America with over 140 more stores spread out across 13 international markets. tcby's maiden store in Malaysia opened on 16th June 2014 in the brand new NU Sentral Mall. Quill City Mall store opened on 16th October 2014 while the newest addition IOI City Mall just opened on 20th November 2014.

Wow!! I really wish TCBY was available in Manila! Looks absolutely delicious! :)ReplyDelete
Is the yogurt sweet? I'm actually fearful of yogurt which are too sweet because they are calories too! I like the natural and sour ones!ReplyDelete
sweetness is still acceptable to me. There are lemon flavour which taste really sourish but nice :pDelete
at first, i thought maybe there's one at the mall near us, then I realised that the brand's not yet in Manila.ReplyDelete
I love frozen yogurt. I love yogurt - even the ones that don't taste good. Should this froyo brand comes here in the Philippines, I'd definitely try it out.ReplyDelete
Then u definitely will love this :DDelete
I like yogurt too. I like the mix of sour and sweet. I am also surprised to see that they also use "ngek" there in Malaysia! I thought it was exclusively Filipino, hehe.ReplyDelete
Ohh... in fact Tagalog quite similar to MalayDelete
I am craving for frozen yogurt. We need more like that in the Philippines! I stopped taking sugar for 3 months now and frozen yogurt is a great alternative!ReplyDelete
It's just 120 calories so I can have 4 and burn it in a 5 k run. It looks really delicious and it's a lot healthier than the rest.ReplyDelete
Sounds yummy.. Apart from taste, of course we all need to take care of the calories :) ..ReplyDelete
I'm not a fan of yogurts but the rocky road looks delicious. It's also good they have other toppings to choose from. :)ReplyDelete
Flavoured yoghurts are my favorite. I would definitely love to try out Rocky Road :)ReplyDelete
