The secret ingredient for the "Collagen Soup" is the collagen jelly, derived from deep sea marine sources imported fresh from Japan. Cube of milky white collagen jelly like, once heated the milky collagen jelly melts instantly to a white, sweet, thick and creamy texture soup. Red dates and wolf berries are added for more goodness. In between the meal, pork bone soup base boiled to perfection with generous amounts of healthy and nutritious ingredients will be refilled.
Seriously, can never had enough!

This is something new in the collagen world! I wonder how the people will react to this soup. Just think of the health benefits it can give to our body. I now would also like to try this! ;)ReplyDelete
First time to know this Collagen Soup. Is it like dimsum or like a coagulated rice powdered in H2O? Bone marrow coagulated soup with veggies, for sure, taste's great with pao.ReplyDelete
Never heard of Collagen Soup. At first, I thought you're talking about soap. But as I browse your photos, you're talking with the food instead. People always innovate things and that's good. Looking forward to try this kind of soup. :)ReplyDelete
Collagen soup? Sorry if I have to say this but before it is heated, it looks weird and funny. I wouldn't want to take that. I'd request they heat it before handing to me because it would take my appetite away.ReplyDelete
The food looks different and for very adventurous people, this would be a must try!
Those squid balls with black streaks look interesting! Do they have filling inside? Also how is the DIY fish paste noodle?ReplyDelete
The Collagen soup looks loaded with the right ingredients. This would be a really sumptuous delight.ReplyDelete
It is so true that eating out may be making the tummy happy but may be working against your health. The collagen soup is definitely a healthy option if you have to eat out!ReplyDelete
first time I've heard of this, being chinese myself. but this seems very healthy!ReplyDelete
going to try out the collagen soup soon, that day not able to go because of my workReplyDelete
Wow! Haven't tried a hot pot place like that. Hope I can try one especially with the collagen and dipping sauce.ReplyDelete
I would prefer to try the other things on this restaurant, they look delicious! Just something really personal with that jelly texture...was never my favorite, lol.ReplyDelete
What an interesting assortment of offerings. I am sure they are all pretty good and you are right, any woman would be jumping at the chance to an added boost of collagen, LOLReplyDelete
Collagen soup sounds really intriguing and I loved the other dishes too. :)Glad you had a great time.ReplyDelete
I didn't know that Collagen soup existed! Thanks for this. Everything looked yummy!!!ReplyDelete
Not sure if the collagen properties would be still valid since it is heated and melted. Alot of nutritions cannot survive high heat in actual reality but the marketers will take it to their advantage anyway.ReplyDelete
However, i am more inpressed with their aide dishes. You can tell the variety of fosh and meat balls took effort!!
For that, it is already enough to get me interested to go try!
I think it would be great if you had included the address to this restaurant. :)
We eat a lot of Chinese food but I do not know Collagen Soup before. Looks really yummy and delicious. Does it have the consistency of Birds Nest soup or Sharks Fin?ReplyDelete
I saw many branch out there. But never try it before. Seriously I don't know they have such soup base. I thought is only normal pork soup. ><ReplyDelete
