New Menu Items @ Upperhouse Kitchen & Dessert Bar, Bangsar

A couple of weeks ago, we're delighted to be back to Upperhouse Kitchen & Dessert Bar, Bangsar and were given a preview of their new exciting dishes and decadent desserts. Nestled in the hustle and bustle of Bangsar, this dessert bar is renowned for their Australian-inspired deconstructed desserts, great coffee and insta-worthy spots for #ootd.

Wild Mushroom RM18
Not one of the new menu items, but I love to start my meal with a soup, hence, I was recommended this wild mushroom soup. Rich and creamy, the soup made with forest mushroom and served with a dash of cream and crouton was truly delicious.

Honey Fried Chicken RM22
Tender chunks of fried chicken nicely coated with buttermilk and lightly glazed with honey syrup.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger RM24
Absolutely delicious, sink your teeth into the juicy and succulent deboned buttermilk fried chicken topped with tomato and coleslaw sandwiched between two super soft milk bun.

Salted Egg Yolk Pasta RM25
The al dente pasta tossed with King prawn, tomatoes and bok choy laden with creamy salted egg yolk sauce pack a flavourful punch and further enhance with inviting curry aroma.

Pina Colada RM23
This beautifully plated dessert consists of creamy roselle ice cream, lemon crunch, fluffy vanilla sponge, rum infused nata de coco, TimTam (coconut & lychee flavour), homemade granola, rhubarb compote and ginger toffee offers a great blast of mesmerizing flavours and textures.

Tiramisu RM23
Truly a feast for the eyes and taste buds, this deconstructed tiramisu amid Baileys ice cream, matcha coral sponge, chilli raspberry jelly, coffee caviar, KitKat (tiramisu flavour) and meringue are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Edible Helium Balloon RM15
Last but not least, you won't want to miss out on this amazing edible helium-filled balloon dessert. In conjunction with Upperhouse 2nd Anniversary, you'll get to enjoy this helium balloon dessert with black coffee for RM18 only.
