Soft Shell Crab Yee Sang with Hakka Lei Cha sauce
Lei Cha, literally translates to pound or crushed tea is made from an array of highly nutritious ingredients such as tea leaves, herbs and nuts. People are getting more health conscious, hence, this year, Chef Wong has created a special Lei Cha sauce to serve with the Yee Sang.

Chef Wong's Lei Cha sauce comprises of mint, basil, long jing tea, pu'er tea and sesame adds a lovely dimension to the yee sang, along with meaty soft shell crab and crispy salmon skin, expect your taste buds to be enthralled with a myriad of flavours and texture.

Double-boiled Chicken Soup, Fish Maw and Baby Abalone
This luscious soup filled with premium ingredients such as fish maw, baby abalone and scallop packs a punch of flavour, each mouthful was rich and hearty.

Tao's Roasted Duck (Hong Kong Style)
Juicy and succulent, the roasted duck with crispy skin was so good on its own. It was aromatic and tasty!

Steamed White Sultan Fish with Superior Soy Sauce
Perfectly steamed, the sweet and succulent fish was absolutely delish.

Tok Alang Style Wok-fried Prawn
Deep fried until crispy golden brown, the prawns were coated in a rich, sweet savoury sauce and filled with a lovely hint of wok hei. However, it was a tad overcooked, personally, I prefer my prawns to be juicy and plump.

Braised Sea Cucumber, Mushroom, Crab Roe Paste and Vegetables
An auspicious dish not to be missed, hearty and filled with an abundance of flavourful sea cucumber, mushroom, crab roe paste and vegetables.

Mini Steamed Rice in Lotus Leaf
Flavourful and aromatic, the rice comes with bits of salted egg yolk, chicken cubes, dried shrimp and mushroom.

As for desserts, we started with this nutritious Double-boiled Snow Bird's Nest with Glutinous Rice Balls in Lemongrass Brown Sugar Syrup.

The tasty glutinous rice balls filled with sweet black sesame pastes.
