This Lunar Chinese New Year, one of the few non-halal restaurant in the golden triangle, Dynasty Restaurant, Executive Sous Chef Kok Chee Kin and his team of talented chefs are all set to engulf your senses with Festive Menus that capture the finest flavours of Cantonese cuisine from 18 January to 22 February 2016 in celebration of the Chinese New Year.

Featuring exquisite festive feasts from Treasure Pot or Poon Choto luxurious Set Menus and Dim Sum selection as well as Claypot Waxed Meat Rice and the prosperity Yee Sang, Dynasty Restaurant is the place to spoil the family and friends.

Fruity Fiesta Yee Sang

Dynasty Restaurant offers 6 types of Yee Sang - Fruity Fiesta, Salmon, Salmon and Smoked Salmon, Lobster and Salmon, Mini Abalone and Salmon, and Three Treasure accompanied with crunchy vegetables, crackers and condiments.

Available in “half serving” and “full serving,” take-away Yee Sang can also be arranged for home reunion dinners and special get-togethers. The Yee Sang is priced from RM108nett for a half portion and RM198nett for a full portion.

Ocean Treasure Soup with Crab Meat
Sink your teeth into the tasty, hearty soup with generous crab meat.

Fortune Combination Platter
My favourite from the platter is the fortune bag and stir fried asparagus with scallop. Simply adore the presentation.

Braised Pork Knuckle, Fresh Mushroom & Sea Cucumber
Wonderfully braised pork knuckle is a melt in your mouth delight. Truly sinfully good.

Grilled Prawn with Spicy Sauce & Green Chilli 
The mouth-watering succulent prawn is sweet with a little hint of heat.

Sun-dried Oyster, Fatt Choy, Flower Mushroom & Pork Meat
Must have auspicious dishes which not only taste good, but also symbolize good fortune.

Another much-have of the season, the classic Chinese New Year dish is priced at RM39nett per portion.

Fortune Pastries 
End your meal sweet with the pretty fruits tart and must have 'nian gao'(glutinous rice cake) topped with shredded coconut.

Focusing on the use of traditional ingredients while emphasizing on light and fresh flavors for healthy feasting, Chef Kin has created 7 festive set menus suitable for 2 persons and groups of 5, 6 or 10 persons. The 7-course Prosperity Treasure Sets priced at RM838nett and RM1,088nett and appropriate for groups of 5 person, come with Salmon Yee Sang and a Prosperity Treasure Pot. The 7-course Double Happiness Set is priced at RM428nett is to be shared by 2 persons while the 8-course Chinese New Year Set for 6 persons is priced at RM988nett

A great dish for dine-in or take-away at any Chinese New Year reunion dinner is the Treasure Pot or Poon Choi that is stacked with layer upon layer of premium ingredients such as Whole sun-dried scallop, Fish maw, Stuffed dried oyster, Whole abalone, Money bag, Sea cucumber, Tiger prawns, Portions of suckling pig, Coral clam, Goose web and a lot more. Suitable for 5 persons, the Prosperity Treasure Pot is priced at RM398nett and the Golden Prosperity Abalone Treasure Pot is RM888nett.
