Colours Of Spring @ Zuan Yuan, One World Hotel


Usher in the Year of the Monkey on a symbolic note at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant with a feast of fortune and toss your way to prosperity with Chef Michael's four varieties of Yee Sang. Yee Sang is usually the first dish on any menu for the season as it plays a fundamental part, symbolising the wishes and hopes for the New Year.

The simple yet tasty colourful Chinese salad is a refreshing change of the customary Yee Sang. 

Braised Shark's Fin Soup with Sea Treasures
Lip-smacking piping hot soup with premium ingredients.

Roasted Chicken and Duck Platter served with Marinated Jelly Fish
I prefer the aromatic and tender roasted duck over chicken.

Steamed Golden Star Garoupa with Pickle, Chili and Garlic
Succulent fish steamed to perfection.
Wok Fried Tiger Prawns with Vietnamese Five Spiced Powder
Juicy and fragrant prawn fried crispy.

Braised Sliced Abalone, Mushroom, Sea Moss and Bean Curd and Garden Greens
The highlight auspicious dishes of the evening, braised till extremely flavourful.

Steamed Rice with Yam, Preserved Assorted Meat and Chicken Sausages in Lotus Leaf
Fragrant and fluffy rice generously laden with tasty preserved meats and sausages.

Chilled Sea Coconut with Peach Gum, Lotus Seeds, Snow Lotus Seeds and Red Dates

Deep Fried 'Nian Gao' with Banana Cream
Must have for the Lunar New Year, a timeless favourite.
