Ice-cream has to be the best cheat meal on earth ever. Yeah... that's how much I love my ice-cream. Thus, I will only cheat for the best, as a scoop of lousy ice-cream calories is the same as a scoop of awesome ice-cream. Alright, enough of my calories paranoid.

However, I am super glad that I had! Hi! Being health-conscious, I always try my best to eat healthier, exercise regularly and of course intakes of the many nutritional supplements. But do you know when a vitamin is taken orally, a significant percentage may not be absorbed from the gut. My verdict? I don't see or feel much difference, after all it's only a session of the drips.

Day 1 - Weekend Getaway with Tedmi Malaysia @ Wave Rest House & Cafe, Jeram

Sometime in Aug, I've received a message saying I've won a 2 days 1 night stay at Wave Rest House & Cafe in Jeram. Well, I don't remember participating in any contest and upon further enquiry, I have actually won it from Tedmi, a mobile app. Tedmi is an app launched in July 2015 that rewards you with freebies and discount. Anyway, upon reaching Wave Rest House & Cafe, I was greeted by the cute mascot of Tedmi. Wave Rest House & Cafe is actually a homestay located somewhere in between Kapar and Kuala Selangor. 

Love the serene ambiance, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

All rooms are air-conditioned and comes with a King size bed. There's no television, but not too worried as you will hardly spend time in the room as there's plenty of activities in store for you.

 The Wave Rest House & Cafe was built up of the double deck container cabin.

MANGROVE FOREST TOUR

Next, the mangrove forest exploration. The weather has not been too kind to us as it began to rain heavily when we about to make our move to the mangrove. Still, it did not stop us from embarking the adventure in the rain.

BEFORE - I'm all prepared with my Phua Chua Kang trademark yellow boots. Various sizes of boots are provided, but please don't forget to bring a pair of socks to protect your feet from blistering.

AFTER - I was drenched in rain with mud all over. So pathetic. LOL

Our team, 'AZUKI TEAM' is the first to complete the task of finding 5 different types of shells but sadly we did not win any prize. :p

DINNER

Scrumptious dinner with Chili  Flower Crab, Steamed Clams, Stir Fried Baby Shark, Seafood Soup and eggs. 

My favourite dish of the night has to be the Poached Prawn. Fresh and succulent, it was brilliant.

We then ended the night playing cards. Mind you, it's not the usual card game. Learned a new type of game 'Killer, Healer, Police & Citizen' where we are required to hide our true identity. Ohhh.. Did I forget to mention, the card is actually made of 24 Carat Gold? So special that I could not resist not to selfie with the card for remembrance. LOL

Electric Run Malaysia 2015 Presented by Shell FuelSave @ Selangor Turf Club

Wootz... Still so excited of my first night run. I’ve never been a runner. To me, running is monotonous and tiring. But for the first time ever, the world's most popular night fun run, Electric Run held at Selangor Turf Club with thumping music, colourful neon and bright lights is so much fun.

The run organized by the Livescape group is presented by leading fuel retailers, Shell Malaysia under the Shell FuelSave brand - the company's superior fuel efficiency product.

Over 10,000 participants from all walks of life, run, walk and dance across the electrifying 5km course. Stunning colourful lights dominated the electric wonderland, as participants, both young and old came in their most vibrant outfits. Electric Run Malaysia 2015 presented by Shell FuelSave also entered The Malaysia Book of Records for the title of 'Largest Participation in a Neon Run'. Iqbal Ameer, Group CEO of The Livescape Group and Tuan Haji Azman Ismail, Managing Director of Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd and Shell Timur Sdn Bhd accepted the certificate for this record title from Tan Sri Datuk Danny Ooi, Founder and Managing Director of The Malaysia Book of Records, before the start of the run.

The run was flagged off by Tuan Haji Azman Ismail, Au Tong Sing, National Sales Manager of Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd, Ben Mahmud, Head of Retail Marketing of Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd and Shell FuelSave Ambassador, Fahrin Ahmad saw the crowd cheering with excitement as a cannonball of fireworks signaled the start of the run. Local DJ, Shaheed Naz of DANGERDISKO entertained us with pulsating beats on our illuminated journey.

THE COURSELAND

First Courseland, Neffmau5 Land, an ethereal wonderland of neon trees and sky lanterns.

Next, weathered the storm at Rainforest with glowing umbrellas hanging overhead and the soothing sound of the forest in the background.

Rainbow Road with technicolour arches of light.

The stunning aquatic paradise decorated with brightly lit, giant marine life at Under The Sea.

My favourite Courseland, the Candy Lane. A treat for those with a sweet tooth, the wonderland of sweets brought to life with the delightful fragrance of cotton candy, vanilla, popcorn and cinnamon.

And finally, I've reached the finish Line.

That's not the end of the run, as we get to partied with some of the biggest names in Malaysian music, including acts like Enterprise, Paperplane Pursuit, Kyoto Protocol, Jin Hackman and Dae Kim, and Nesh and TRuF. The Electric Run was then ended on a high note with a spectacular fireworks show.
