Hollywood & Football 'The Mini Exhibition' @ MATIC

Earlier of the month, a mini exhibition of 'Hollywood & Football' by Private Collector Club was held at Malaysia Tourism Centre (MATIC) for the MATIC Street Art Festival 2015. The 3 days exhibition was held from 6th to 8th November 2015, takes us into the world of Hollywood movies and the global arena of football. I had the chance to catch a glimpse of rarely seen Hollywood Movies Memorabilia and high-end football memorabilia, through the exclusive platform of Hollywood Malaysia Flash Museum (HMFM) and United Soccer Fandom Malaysia (USFM).

For football fans, memorabilia's from the English Premier League like Manchester United FC, Chelsea FC, Arsenal FC and Liverpool FC to winners medal and trophy.

There are 6 themes of Hollywood Movies will be exhibited, such as Star Wars, Harry Potter, Transformers, Ironman, The Hobbit and Annabelle.

OMG.... Hobbit's blade in my hands!

Paradiso Cafe and Patisserie @ Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara

Latest new kids on the block of Sunway Nexis, Paradiso Cafe and Pattisserie are owned by Malaysia's top chef Azizan Shukri. Chef Azizan well-known for his fine Italian cuisine has cooked for Bill Clinton, Michelle Yeoh and former prime minister Tun Abdullah Badawi. I am honoured to be invited for a preview of his cuisine before his restaurant is officially open.

SALAD 

FRUIT SALAD RM32

Colourful fresh salad with kiwi, strawberry, peach, mango served with mesclum, honey vinaiggrette, mustard and olive oil. So appetizing!

PRAWN & COCKTAIL RM28
Try this, if you fancy a little seafood in your greens. Bring usual salad to a whole new level, with sweet succulent poached prawn dipped in the creamy chilli mayo and mesclun finishing.

SOUP

MUSHROOM SOUP RM13
Mushroom soup served with in-house made charcoal bread bowl. Must try!
The top cover is crusty and lightly toasted with garlic butter. Pipping hot thick and rich in flavour soup with generous crunchy button mushroom.

Al dente black and white pasta tossed with abundant offer of fresh seafoods, rocket salad and olive.
Simply taste good and satisfying, just terrific.

MAIN COURSE

SALMON TROUT RM48
Pan-seared juicy fresh salmon trout served with in-house made creamy lemon butter and dill herbs sauce. The salmon is moist and tasty while the crispy skin is such a treat. I would prefer if the sauce has a much stronger lemon taste though.

RACK OF LAMB RM60

Perfectly done rack of lamb served with mint, capers and cream sauce.

Well seasoned, tender and juicy lamb to die for. Balance your taste bud with the sweet pineapple tart.

DESSERTS 

Sinfully good Chocolate Crunchy Mousse Cake RM18.

QUENCHER RM12.50

1) Bubble Gum - Mango juice with peach lychee and green apple.
2) Lime Mistic - Lime juice with green apple and blue lagoon.
3) Cooler Paradiso - Apple Juice with green apple, lychee blood orange and mint.

Cosy ambiance, wood toned tables and chairs, the interior are brightly lit with natural light.

All in all, it was an amazing dining experience at Paradiso. Stunning edible flowers food plating and delicious foods that will tickle your taste buds. This is the best place to impress someone special with an unique beautiful dining experience. Truly amazing!

A Night To Admire Beauty And The Moon with Marysharon

Last Friday, I was invited to 'A night to admire beauty and the moon' by Marysharon. The event was held at GSC Pavillion on a lovely evening.

Tiger Bites Street Food Festival @ Avenue K Rooftop

Hello! Still remember the Tiger Bites trip I went with Tiger Beer few months ago in search of the best street food hunt? Well, in conclusion of the Tiger Bites, the rooftop of Avenue K is being transformed to resemble popular street food markets of Kuala Lumpur with a scrumptious spread of popular Malaysian hawker food dished out al fresco dining style. Wow... besides getting spoilt for choice with the wide variety of delicious street foods and we are treated to ice cold Tiger Beer.  A perfect pairing. :D

The specially created Tiger Beer cocktails, Roaring Passion and Bite Me, Cherry. 

While we are busy with foods and boozes, we are also entertained by Talitha Tan awesome performances.

Back in August, Tiger Bites challenged foodies to a gastronomical hunt around Malaysia to uncage hidden street flavours.
