Food For Life - Danish Green and Natural with Chef Mads Sondergaard

Denmark is known as a major food destination for the past 10 year. Do you know Copenhagen has the most Michelin stars in Scandinavia and northern Europe, and Copenhagen has hosted the world's best restaurant, Noma for 4 years. The Danish Minister For Environment and Food, Mr Esben Lunde Larsen will actively engage members of the National Culinary Chef Team of Denmark and a Malaysian Chef from BERJAYA University College of Hospitality, School of Culinary Arts in a cooking event,  "Food for Life - Danish Green and Natural".

The Chefs from the National Culinary Chef Team of Denmark, Sten Slot Knudsen and Mads Sondergaard co-operate with Malaysian chef, Azim Amran from BERJAYA University College of Hospitality School of Culinary Arts for a live cooking event preparing dishes with the Danish Minister and the Ambassador.

The 'Spring of Denmark' prepared by Chef Mads Sondergaard using assorted beans and greens.
