Norwegian salmon nicely done with crispy skin. IMO, it would taste even better with more sauce.
ROASTED LEG OF CHICKEN - RM24.80++
Chicken from their own local butcher, served with garlic mash, herb wine jus and greens.
The usual roasted chicken, nothing to shout about.
THE PREMIUM BEEF BURGER - RM25.80++
Beef patties mixed with chopped gherkins, beef bacon and pepperoni crumble, onion marmalade and sauteed mushrooms.
I love the thick beef patties, the portion can be a little too much for the ladies though.
LAMB SHANK BIRYANI - RM39.80++
Briyani rice, onion raita and chutney.
The chef being generous serve us bigger portion briyani rice. Do note that extra rice could be requested at no extra charges. It may look ordinary, but every spoonful of the rice is so flavourful fragrant of butter and local spices that you'll come back for another helping.
The lamb shank is tasty, however, I would prefer it to be fall-apart tender.
