Malaysia's 1st Biggest Tethered Balloon Ride @ Skyrides Festival, Putrajaya

Hey..... It's weekend again. How time flies! What's your plan for this weekend? If you have no idea yet, let's do something different. Let's go up high in the air! Check out Malaysia 1st Biggest Thethered Balloon Ride located in Precint 2, Putrajaya to experience Putrajaya like never before, up to 500ft in the sky. It's the largest helium balloon of its kind to be hosted in Malaysia, soaring to more than 100 metres above ground offering stunning panoramic views of the Putrajaya skyline.

Yeah! I'm ready to go up high in the air. :p

But before that, we are required to sign the release of liability, risk and indemnity agreement.

The balloon is securely anchored to the ground via a series of high-tensile strength ropes. The balloon will ascend to a pre-determined height above the ground.

The platform is in a shape of a star with cardinal directions of "North, East, South, West" so we could locate our landmark during the ride session.

Feast your eyes with a spectacular 360-degree view of Putrajaya.

What a magnificent view.

Further away, The Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin Mosque, or Iron Mosque is the second principal mosque in Putrajaya, Malaysia after Putra Mosque. (source from Wikipedia)

The Seri Saujana Bridge is a main bridge in Putrajaya, the Malaysian federal administrative capital. The bridge's design is unique cable-stayed arch bridge and it is similar to the Sydney Harbour Bridge in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. (source from Wikipedia)

The whole ride took about 15 minutes with an audio tour introducing Putrajaya's iconic building. It is truly an awesome and interesting ride to view Putrajaya. I believe the night view will be equally breathtaking and stunning too.
