Mother's Day 2016 Set Menu @ Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant

This Mother's Day celebrates the achievement and efforts of your mother by treating her to a scrumptious gastronomic delights.  To celebrate this special occasion, Chef Lee Siew Hap has whipped out a hearty set menu available for lunch and dinner from 2 till 10 May 2016. The set menus are priced at RM138 nett per person with a minimum order for 2 persons, RM452 nett for 4 persons and RM686 nett for 6 persons.

Braised Fish Maw Soup "Fook Chow" style with Abalone
Hearty and delicious soup, braised with premium ingredients.

Sauteed Prawn with Green Soy Bean in Garlic Sauce
De-shelled sweet and succulent garlicky prawn.

Steamed Tiger Garoupa with Bean Curd and Soy Sauce
Perfectly steamed, the flesh was delicate and tender. Oh so yum.....

Braised Mushroom and Assorted Vegetables with Conpay Sauce

Egg Noodles with Sauteed Crab Meat, Egg and Bean Sprouts
Simply adores the noodles chewy, but delicate texture fried and generously laden with crab meat.

Chilled Mango Puree with Pamelo and Sago with Vanilla Ice Cream
The puree was rich and thick, but a tad sweet for my liking.

Mini Crystal Longevity Bun with pandan lotus fillings.
