Baharin Abdul Wahid, fondly known as Chef Bob took two months to finalise the menus together with his dedicated culinary team as they believe that the passion of cooking will be reflected in the taste of the food presented. Also included in the buffet spread are a mix of Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Western fare, local hawker delights, mixed grilled items and seafood on ice.
