Pop Up Dining KL X F&N Sarsi

A couple of weeks ago, I was invited to a private dining session with Pop Up Dining KL and F&N Sarsi. The 5 course dining session was to reward the winner of the Instagram contest #SarsiBestWith along with 4 of her companions. Pop Up Dining is the brainchild of Miki, Amanda and Daniel,  young and talented team that amazed us with their creative dishes.

Variety of Crackers & Dips
We started the evening with Creamy Salmon dips and the tangy Fruity Kiwi dips, best starter to tickle our taste buds.

Hainan Toast & Homemade Local Herb Butter
Simply adore the herb butter wonderful aroma.

Black Bean Puree, Pasta 'Blanket' Pink Peppercorn
Beautiful presentation, the puree was slightly sweet with earthy flavour, topped with a thin pasta blanket. Pretty interesting to bite into those pink peppercorn for the delicate burst of pepper flavour.

Rib Eye, Homemade Ricotta, Local Salad
Rib eye was juicy and fork tender with absolutely smooth and creamy ricotta.

Avocado Cheesecake, Espresso Meringue
Guilt-free, the cheesecake combines a luxuriant taste and texture with the healthy avocado, not overly sweet too.

Last but not least, the thirst quenching Sarsi Float with Hokey Pokey Ice Cream

It was truly an interesting delectable tasting session with Pop Up Dining KL, trying new flavour and restaurant quality dishes. Well done!
